Hi, I’m Stephanie Lister; welcome to my website.
I am a UK trained Clinical Hypnotherapist, Advanced Conversational Hypnotist, and Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner. I am passionate about helping you to find all the ways you can live a fearless, fulfilled and resilient life.
My areas of expertise include helping clients who want to be free of unwanted or unhelpful habits, behaviours and patterns, as well as helping clients who have become stuck, held back, lost, or unable to move forward to achieve their goals, ambitions and dreams.
For my clients I choose hypnosis over more traditional talking therapies because I know my clients want rapid results and it has been clinically proven that real measurable changes can happen in the brain when a person is in a state of therapeutic hypnosis.

Lifestyle habits, excesses and patterns
When “moderate” or “occasional” grows to the extent that it affects your health, your relationships, your career and every part of your life, it can become who you are. This is something that we can work on together.
In hypnosis we will explore the very core of when, where and how a habit or behaviour began. We will discover new resources from the unconscious mind to help you as you strive to break patterns and get rid of unwanted habits permanently.
How do negative habits develop?
Although we might not realize it or want to admit it to ourselves, unhealthy habits like smoking, or eating and drinking excessively, are very often a means of escape from stress, worry, regret, guilt, boredom, fear, anger, sadness, hurt or loneliness.
We associate or perceive that these excessive habits are providing some sort of gain: comfort when we are feeling sad, hurt or lonely; maybe a break from a stressful situation or constant anxious worrying; perhaps confidence when we are feeling nervous in a social situation; a reward for a job well done; a celebration for good news; a condolence when receiving bad news. The reality is that excessive habits and patterns like eating, drinking, or smoking are not only fuelling and compounding the very thoughts and feelings we are trying to escape or forget, they are also laying the foundations for long-term physical and mental health conditions.
